Probate and Estate Administration

Probate administration is the court-supervised process that allows for the distribution of assets upon a person's death. While some assets may automatically be transfered to an individual outside of the probate process, most will need to go through probate in order to be distributed to the heirs of an estate.  These remaining assets might be distributed according to the terms of the decedent's will or pursuant to the intestate laws of the State the decedent was domiciled in when they passed.

If you have been named executor, administrator, or personal representative of the estate of a loved one, or are the surviving spouse or adult child of someone who has passed away, the attorneys at our firm can provide you with the know-how and expertise to guide you through the probate process in a cost-effective and timely manner.

The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on an advertisement. Before you decide, ask us to send you free

written information about our qualifications and experience. The above is not legal advice. Legal advice can only come from a qualified attorney

who is familiar with all the relevant facts and circumstances of a particular case and the applicable law.
