Child Custody and Parenting Plans

Resolving custody of the children can be one of the most difficult and emotional aspects of a divorce.  In the State of Florida, custody determinations usually center around two issues (1) Parental Responsibility and (2) Parenting Plan (Time-Sharing Arrangements). Parental Responsibility addresses the rights and responsibilities of each parent in making decisions that affect the health, safety and welfare of their children.  A Parenting Plan is a timesharing schedule which specifies the time each parent spends with child, including weekends and holidays.

The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on an advertisement. Before you decide, ask us to send you free

written information about our qualifications and experience. The above is not legal advice. Legal advice can only come from a qualified attorney

who is familiar with all the relevant facts and circumstances of a particular case and the applicable law.
