Family Law Appellate Work

A final judgment entered by a trial court in a family law matter does not always signal the end of the legal proceedings.  Sometimes the losing party challenges the trial court's ruling after a final judgment.  This process, an appeal, is taken to the Florida District Court of Appeals.  We assist clients in persuading the appellate court to the affirm the trial court's decision.  We also assist clients who have recieved a flawed or erroneous decision at the trial level and would like to obtain a reversal at the appellate level.

If you have questions about the appeal of a trial court decision, contact our office today.

The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on an advertisement. Before you decide, ask us to send you free

written information about our qualifications and experience. The above is not legal advice. Legal advice can only come from a qualified attorney

who is familiar with all the relevant facts and circumstances of a particular case and the applicable law.
